4. On-site standard gluing operation instructions (SOP)

In order to ensure the best bonding, sealing and anti-vibration effects, it is recommended that customer production lines follow the following standardized process:

  1. Clean the surface: Use cleaning agent to completely remove oil, water vapor and dust on the surface of the screws and screw holes

  2. Shake well: Be sure to shake the can fully before opening the lid to ensure that the synthetic resin ingredients are evenly distributed

  3. Apply an appropriate amount: Use a brush, dispensing syringe or straw to apply to the root of the screw or the bite thread; for the screw that has been tightened, drop it on the joint between the nut and the base and penetrate it by capillary action

  4. Tighten the torque and wipe the spillage: Use a fixed-torque screwdriver to tighten to the standard torque, and wipe the glue spilled outside the screw with a clean cloth

  5. Stand and cure: Avoid shaking or disassembling screws before complete curing. After the solvent has completely evaporated and formed a film, the subsequent packaging test process can be entered
