1. Product Overview
DIABOND 340C (DIABOND 340C) is a product designed for Micro Speaker, mobile phone receiver, TWS headphone unit and micro electroacoustic motor Tailor-made high-performance single-component modified elastic yellow gum.
In response to the stringent requirements of high-frequency reciprocating vibration of acoustic devices, cavity miniaturization and precision scribing and coating, 340C has been formulated with exclusive rheological characteristics and film toughness. It has excellent thixotropy, smooth adhesive dispensing, and no wire drawing when it is cut off; the elastic film formed after curing is flexible and fatigue-resistant, can effectively absorb high-frequency vibration impacts, prevent fatigue fracture of voice coil leads and degumming of diaphragms. It is an industrial-grade mature adhesive solution to solve the hidden dangers of noise, distortion and disconnection of electro-acoustic units.
2. Core advantages and technical features
Excellent vibration resistance, fatigue resistance and damping and shock absorption properties
After curing, the adhesive layer maintains excellent elasticity and flexibility, absorbs audio amplitude impacts, avoids hardening and brittleness, and provides a flexible buffer package for fragile voice coil leads.
Excellent dispensing molding, micro-marking without stringing
The combination of medium and low viscosity with high thixotropy is suitable for precision air pressure dispensing machines and micro-marking equipment. It has smooth adhesive dispensing, accurate landing point positioning, and clean adhesive cutting without any delay.
Quick-drying positioning and high production efficiency
It dries quickly to the touch (about 1 to 3 minutes at normal temperature). After the components are bonded, they can be quickly shaped and entered into the next process, significantly shortening the assembly line cycle time (it also supports medium-temperature baking to accelerate curing).
Excellent electrical insulation and chemical stability
It has extremely high volume resistivity and can directly cover bare copper leads or solder joints without the risk of leakage or short circuit. It is resistant to moisture, heat and aging for a long time, does not blister, and does not corrode precision components.
Acoustic purity guaranteed
The cured film has moderate damping, which effectively prevents the voice coil lead wire from producing film-bumping noise when it vibrates, ensuring low distortion (THD) performance of acoustic components.

4. Typical application scenarios
Micro speaker lead wire scribing protection (Lead Wire Tacking): The lead wire of the voice coil is fixed on the diaphragm or bracket to prevent the high-frequency vibration of the lead wire from beating the diaphragm to produce noise and breakage, and to prevent fatigue breakage of the root.
Diaphragm & Surround Bonding: Bonding and shock absorption of polyester diaphragm (PET/PEN/PI and other composite diaphragms) with plastic brackets and metal shell frames.
Voice coil skeleton positioning and bonding: Rapid reinforcement dispensing of adhesive at the center of the voice coil and diaphragm.
TWS Bluetooth headset / mobile phone handset and receiver assembly: Micro acoustic cavity seam sealing, sound leakage-proof micropore sealing and lead wire shock-proof reinforcement.
Micro motor and micro inductor reinforcement: Anti-shock and anti-dislocation dispensing reinforcement for electronic circuit micro-coils and small capacitance components.
5. Construction technology suggestions and usage precautions
Dispensing parameter tuning: It is recommended to use a pneumatic dispensing machine or an automatic scribing machine. Use a 22G~27G precision stainless steel needle according to the coating trajectory, and adjust the appropriate air pressure to ensure continuous and even scribing strips.
Clean the surface: The surface of the bonding substrate must be kept clean, free of oil stains and release agent residues.
Syringe seal: This product contains volatile solvents. Please cover the syringe plug in time when the process is suspended to prevent the needle tip from drying out and clogging.
Safety and ventilation: The gluing workbench should be equipped with a local exhaust hood; open flames and static sparks should be eliminated on site.
