DIABOND DC7000 is a high-end product specially developed by Japan's Nogawa Chemical for the fields of automotive interior modification, furniture manufacturing and woodworking and building materials.Spray Type one-component neoprene adhesive. It has excellent atomization spraying performance, excellent initial tack and excellent high temperature creep resistance. The adhesive has a long opening time (ample adhesion retention time), which facilitates large-area construction operations and precise alignment. It is an ideal choice for car roof repairs, leather covering and lamination of various types of panels.

Smooth atomization, suitable for spraying: Special formula with low viscosity and high solid content, the spray gun atomizes finely and evenly, without flying wires or adhesive accumulation, greatly improving the efficiency of large-area construction.

[Usage Guide and Process Suggestions]
Surface cleaning: The surface of the adhered substrate must be kept dry and flat, and grease, dust, old residual adhesive and moisture must be completely removed.
Spray sizing:
Adjust the spray gun air pressure and adhesive output, and spray evenly about 20 to 30 cm away from the surface to be adhered.
suggestion Double-sided spraying, to ensure even coverage of the adhesive mist. For porous materials with strong absorptive properties, the amount of adhesive sprayed can be appropriately increased.
Leave to align: After spraying, let it dry at room temperature.3-10 minutes, wait until the solvent has evaporated to a moderate degree and the adhesive layer is dry to the touch and not sticky (but has extremely strong adhesion), then fit it together and align it.
Compaction exhaust: Scrape or roll evenly from the center to all sides to eliminate air bubbles on the bonding surface, so that it can fully adhere to the surface and bear force, so as to obtain a stable and reliable initial bonding effect.
[Storage and Safety Precautions]
Fireproof and antistatic: This product contains volatile flammable solvents. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the operating area, and a good ventilation and exhaust environment must be maintained.
Store airtight: Please tighten the lid in time after use to prevent solvent evaporation from affecting the spraying effect; store in 5°C-35°C Keep in a dry, cool, and dark place.
Equipment cleaning: The spray gun and pipes must be cleaned promptly with special diluent or toluene after use to avoid pipe blockage.
