3M™ Super 77™ Multipurpose Spray Adhesive
3M™ Super 77™ is a classic industrial-grade, multi-purpose aerosol pressure-sensitive spray adhesive. It has excellent atomization effect and high initial tack performance, wide spray coverage and fast drying. It is specially designed for bonding lightweight materials. It is not easy to wrinkle or penetrate when sprayed, and can quickly establish a strong bond within a few seconds to minutes. It is a trusted common adhesive tool in advertising art, model making, electronic sound insulation cotton fixing, soft furniture and light industrial assembly.
Core advantages and features
Even and detailed atomization: Adopting fan-shaped/mist nozzle design, the spray is even and the adhesive film is evenly distributed, effectively avoiding local adhesive accumulation or material bulging.
Extremely fast drying and strong initial adhesion: A strong initial positioning grip can be established within tens of seconds after spraying, shortening production waiting time.

User Guide and Construction Tips
Substrate preparation: Make sure the bonding surface is clean, dry and free of dust, oil and debris.
Shake well: Please shake the can vigorously before use 15-30 seconds, so that the adhesive liquid and the propelling gas are fully mixed evenly.
Spray correctly:
The distance between the nozzle and the bonding surface is approximately 15-20 cm, tilt moderately and move the spray evenly.
permanent bonding: Spray adhesive evenly on both sides, let it dry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute (it will be slightly sticky to the touch without pulling), and accurately align and compact it.
Temporary peelable adhesive: Only lightly spray a layer on one side, let it sit for about 1 minute and then stick it. You can peel it off and re-stick it later.
Clean the valve upside down (key step): After each job is completed,Turn the tank completely upside down and press the nozzle lightly for about 1 to 2 seconds, until pure gas is ejected to clear the residual adhesive in the nozzle tube and prevent the nozzle from clogging the next time it is used.
Storage and safety precautions
Extremely flammable: This product is a pressure aerosol can containing flammable hydrocarbon propellant. The operating environment must be kept away from open flames, heat sources and static electricity, and the workshop must be well ventilated.
Store away from temperature: Do not puncture or incinerate can; store in Below 40°C Keep it in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. It is strictly prohibited to expose it to direct sunlight or place it in a carriage exposed to high temperatures.
Security protection: It is recommended to wear anti-organic gas masks and protective gloves when working continuously for a long time to avoid inhaling aerosol or direct contact with skin and eyes.
