Product overview
3M™ SP7533 high-performance water-based screen-printable pressure-sensitive adhesive (Screen-Printable Adhesive)
3M™ SP7533 is a high-performance water-based dispersion pressure-sensitive adhesive developed specifically for screen-printing processes. This product provides excellent peel strength, shear strength and environmental aging resistance while, supporting precise and fine printing of complex patterns. SP7533 Non-flammable when wet, high solid content design brings excellent coating rate and low loss advantages, which can widely replace the traditional double-sided tape die-cutting process to achieve fast screen gluing with free graphics.
Core advantages and features
Precise screen-printing with extremely low loss: Supports the printing of complex shapes and fine patterns, with clear edges. Compared with traditional die-cut tapes, it greatly reduces material waste and labor time costs.
High solid content and high coating rate: Up to 65% solids content, the coating is full and the film is dense, providing reliable initial grip and lasting stickiness.
Environmentally friendly water-based system: Using water as carrier, completely non-flammable when wet, the workshop operation is safe and non-toxic, and improves the working environment.
Excellent heat resistance and anti-aging properties: Withstand high and low temperature and humidity and heat aging (withstand 80°C and 60°C/95% RH long-term test strength does not decrease but rises), excellent static load holding capacity.
Broad material compatibility: Excellent adhesion to metals such as stainless steel and aluminum, as well as ABS, PVC, polycarbonate (PC), and PET polyester films.
Typical application scenarios
Electronics and Touch Interfaces: Membrane Switch, key panel, touch panel, display window bonding.
Digital and smart hardware: Precision fixing of smart phones, handheld terminal equipment, home appliance control panels and nameplates.
Industrial and Automotive Interiors: Complex adhesive lamination of automotive interior trim strips, audio equipment, and foam padding.

Screen printing construction and process suggestions
Use directly: Open the barrel and print directly,It is strictly prohibited to add water to dilute, do not add chemical additives such as defoaming agents.
Stirring instructions: It is normal for slight liquid stratification to occur during storage. Use low-shear mechanical stirring (or small-dose manual stirring) to mix evenly before use.
Screen mesh selection: Recommended 70 mesh ~ 150 mesh (#70 ~ #150) stainless steel wire mesh, polyester mesh or nylon mesh.
Photosensitive adhesive selection: Since this adhesive is a water-based dispersion, screen photosensitive adhesive needs to be used Water-resistant photosensitive emulsion (Such as acrylic or diazo water-resistant photosensitive adhesive).
Adhesive back management: Please store the excess adhesive remaining from screen-printing separately.Never return to original bucket.
Storage and protection instructions
Antifreeze and heat protection: Must be stored in the original sealed container, and the storage temperature should be controlled at 5°C-35°C between (not exceeding 40°C),No freezing.
Sealed to prevent drying: After use, the lid must be tightly closed at all times to prevent water loss and skin formation on the surface.
