Product overview
DIABOND® No.1663G yellow-brown high-performance neoprene adhesive
DIABOND No.1663G is a yellow-brown one-component chloroprene high-performance adhesive developed by Shanghai Nokawa Chemical for small components such as electrical appliances and audio equipment. This product does not draw strings during adhesive application, has excellent wire breakage and quick drying capabilities, has extremely strong initial adhesion, and has excellent temperature resistance, water resistance, aging resistance and chemical resistance.
Core Features and Benefits
Good workability: No wire drawing during dispensing and coating, wire breakage is crisp and clean, and does not pollute the surface of the workpiece.
Quick drying and strong initial adhesion: It only takes about 3 minutes to surface dry at room temperature. It quickly establishes initial fixation strength after bonding, greatly improving assembly efficiency.
Excellent weather resistance: After curing, the softening temperature can reach over 200°C, the cold resistance can reach -20°C, and the aging resistance and water resistance are stable.
Wide range of bonding materials: Excellent peel strength against metal steel plates, rubber (CR, SBR, natural rubber), cotton canvas, wood, leather, etc.
Typical application areas
Speaker and audio industry: Bonding and assembly of speaker frame, cone, and central part (dust cap, elastic wave, etc.).
Electronics, optics and precision instruments: Firm bonding of electrical components, precision small parts and handicrafts.
Industrial composite bonding: Mutual adhesion of metal, rubber, wood, stone, leather, glass and other materials.

Usage methods and construction steps
Surface cleaning: Thoroughly clean moisture, garbage, oil and other impurities on the surface of the adherend, and keep it clean and dry.
Double-sided coating: Use a brush or dropper to apply evenly on both sides of the adherend. The recommended coating amount is approximately 150-250 g/m².
Leave to dry: Dry at room temperature after applying adhesive 5-10 minutes, align and fit after the surface is dry and adhesive.
Pressure curing: Apply sufficient pressure as much as possible after fitting to ensure that the adhesive surface is tightly combined.
Precautions and storage
stir well: To ensure the bonding quality, be sure to stir it evenly before use.
Fire prevention and exhaust: This product is flammable. Fireworks must be strictly prohibited in the working environment and equipped with good ventilation and exhaust facilities.
Dilution and cleaning: If you need to adjust the viscosity, you can use a special 6TH diluent; Gluing tools can be cleaned with toluene or paint diluting solvents.
Storage conditions: The container must be sealed tightly after use and stored in a cool, dry place away from light.
