MOMENTIVE / GE TOSHIBA TSE382 one-component dealcoholized electronic silicone rubber sealant
TSE382 is a one-component fluid/paste room temperature moisture-curing dealcoholized silicone rubber adhesive.This product can be vulcanized into highly elastic silicone rubber after absorbing trace amounts of moisture in the air.releases trace amounts of alcohol during the curing process, has low odor and has no corrosive effect on copper and conventional electronic metal substrates. TSE382 has excellent electrical insulation properties and wide high and low temperature resistance (-55°C to 200°C), complies with UL94HB fire protection certification standard (File No: E56745), which can meet the shockproof fixation, insulation protection and waterproof sealing requirements of various electronic components.
Core technical features and advantages
Good temperature and weather resistance: Continuous operating temperature range coverage -55 °C to 200 °C, long-term use is not easy to yellowing, aging, cracking and failure.
Dealcoholized environmentally friendly formula: The curing process releases trace amounts of alcohol, has a weak odor, and has no corrosion to precision components and metals such as copper and aluminum.
Quick drying: At 23°C, it only takes about approx.10 minutes, easy for fast operation and circulation in the assembly line.
Flame-retardant and electrical certification: Passed UL94HB flame-retardant standard test, the electrical temperature resistance index (TI Elec.) reaches 150°C, and the mechanical temperature resistance index (TI Mech.) reaches 140°C.
Excellent electrical insulation and electrical strength: Volume resistivity up to 1× 10¹⁵ Ω·cm, dielectric strength up to 23 kV/mm , providing high-level insulation protection for high-voltage lines.
Primer-free and strong adhesion: Can achieve stable bonding to most metals, engineering plastics (such as ABS, etc.), glass and ceramics without primer.

Instructions for use and construction points
clean surface: Remove moisture, oil, dust and scale from the adhered surface to ensure the surface is dry and clean.
Direct adhesive application: Cut the nozzle and install the adhesive nozzle, squeeze out the adhesive directly and evenly and apply it to the bonding and sealing parts.
Curing at room temperature: Complete deep curing reaction under room temperature and relative air humidity.the curing speed accelerates with the increase of temperature and humidity. It is recommended to let it stand for full curing after application and then put into load test.
Packaging specifications and storage
Original packaging specifications: Conventional 100g tubes, 333ml tubes and 18kg barrels, etc.
Storage conditions: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity.Please keep it sealed after opening to prevent the adhesive at the mouth of the tube from getting damp and forming a skin.
