Dexerials SP7600HF Adhesive dust-proof mesh
Product Overview
Dexerials SP7600HF is a high-performance hot melt adhesive coated polyester dustproof mesh (Dustproof Net with Adhesives). This product is pre-coated with a special heat-activated adhesive on a black high-quality polyester mesh base material. It is specially designed for acoustic openings of speakers, earpieces and various precision electronic equipment, taking into account excellent dust protection performance, high sound transmittance and high-efficiency assembly
(Note: This product is a halogen-free and environmentally friendly improved product of SP7600-P)。
Core features and advantages
Simplify the production process and improve assembly efficiency:
Heat-activated adhesive has been pre-coated on the mesh, which greatly reduces the cutting and secondary lamination process compared to the traditional pressure-sensitive double-sided tape lamination process。
Gluing is smooth and even, and the product yield is high:
Compared with traditional glue spraying or dispensing processes, the thickness of the pre-coating is extremely consistent, eliminating the defects of uneven glue, glue overflow or blocking the mesh, and significantly improving the assembly quality。
Excellent sound transmission performance:
Using a special open-hole coating process, the adhesive layer forms a uniform open-hole network structure on the entire surface of the polyester mesh, without blocking the acoustic micropores, ensuring excellent sound quality restoration and sound transmission。
Green and environmentally friendly (halogen-free):
Heat activated adhesive and substrate bothHalogen-Free, complies with strict environmental regulations and RoHS requirements of the electronics industry.
Typical application
Speaker front panel opening: Dedicated to dustproofing and shielding the opening of the front panel (ABS, PS, aluminum alloy, etc.) of various types of audio, car speakers, TVs, smart speakers and other equipment。
Precision electronic acoustic components: Dust-proof and foreign object barrier for acoustic windows such as receivers, speaker holes, and microphones of mobile phones, tablets, and smart wearable devices。

[Recommended hot press lamination process conditions]
SP7600HF Suitable for lamination of a variety of engineering plastics and metal materials. The recommended hot pressing parameter range is as follows:
Hot pressing temperature: 90℃ ~ 120℃
Hot pressing pressure: 0.26 ~ 0.90 MPa
Hot pressing time: 10 ~ 20 seconds
[Laying performance of different substrates (180° peel strength)]
Tested under different hot pressing temperatures (90℃~120℃), pressures (0.26~0.90 MPa) and times (10s~20s) (unit: N/20mm):
PS (polystyrene): The peel strength increases significantly with the increase of temperature, and the peel strength can reach 18 ~ 20.6 N/20mm, showing strong bonding force。
PC/ABS alloy: The bonding force increases significantly as the hot pressing temperature increases, and the strength can reach 11.5 ~ 14.9 N/20mm。
PC (polycarbonate): The bonding force is stable and the strength can reach 10 ~ 13 N/20mm。
PET (polyester): Performance is stable, and the peel strength under most bonding conditions is 6 ~ 8.3 N/20mm.
PMMA (acrylic): Excellent bonding performance, the strength is mostly under the conditions of 100℃~120℃8 ~ 11 N/20mm。
(Note: The actual bonding strength is affected by the specific machine model and equipment, the thermal conductivity efficiency of the indenter and the surface roughness of the substrate. It is recommended to conduct prototype testing and verification based on actual fixtures and workpieces before mass production).
