Product Overview
ThreeBond 1211 is a one-component white liquid gasket (silicone sealant) based on silicone. The product cures spontaneously upon exposure to moisture in the air without the need for additional curing agents, accelerators or heat.. Curing can begin in about 40 minutes after application at 25°C, and the bonding strength will gradually increase as the reaction proceeds.。
The white rubber-like elastomer formed after curing has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance and excellent electrical insulation properties, and can maintain stable sealing and mechanical properties over a wide temperature range for a long time.. The product adopts a solvent-free formula with extremely low linear shrinkage (only 0.5%) and good fluidity (Sag). It is very suitable for flange sealing and self-leveling gap filling conditions with relatively large gaps.。

Construction methods and usage precautions
Glue nozzle cutting:According to the actual glue output width and construction point, cut a bevel at the appropriate position of the matching glue nozzle for installation and use.。
Substrate cleaning:Before coating, ensure that the joint surface is dry and free of water, grease and dust impurities.。
Curing cycle:The glue solidifies from the surface inward when exposed to air moisture; when the glue layer is thicker, the curing cycle is correspondingly extended.. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to tack dry and turn into elastomer in 15 to 16 hours. The best bonding strength is achieved after 3 days and the insulation performance is best after 7 days.。
Save method:This product reacts easily with moisture in the air. Please remove the nozzle after use.Squeeze out the remaining air in the tube and quickly tighten the cap., store in a cool and dry place at 10 ~ 25°C in a sealed manner (the residual glue in the nozzle is easy to pull out and clean after solidification)。
