[Recommended techniques and precautions]
Recommended printing mesh:It is recommended to use 80 ~ 120 mesh stainless steel wire mesh or polyester wire mesh, and the dry film thickness is recommended to be controlled at 40 ~ 70 μm。
Drying and curing conditions:It is recommended to force dry in the drying tunnel/oven after printing. The reference conditions are:55℃ × 15 minutes(It can also be adjusted according to the line speed and film thickness of the production line)。
Surface cleaning:Before printing, make sure the surface of the substrate to be bonded is clean, dry, and free of oil and release agents.。
Fitting and pressing:Apply appropriate pressure when bonding (roller pressing or jig pressing is recommended), and let it sit for 24 hours after bonding to achieve optimal adhesion.。
Storage instructions:Store in a sealed indoor place away from light and in a cool place (storage temperature 5 ~ 35℃), strictly prevent exposure to sunlight and freezing. The container should be sealed immediately after use to prevent the surface from drying out.。
