Product Overview
ThreeBond 1855 is a high-performance silicone grease refined from silicone oil, lithium soap-based thickener and special lubricating additives. This product has excellent antioxidant stability, extremely low freezing point and excellent hydrophobic and waterproof properties, available at-30℃ to +170℃Long-term stable operation under wide temperature range conditions, providing long-lasting and smooth lubrication and protection for precision machinery, plastic fittings and electronic equipment。

Adaptability to wide temperature working conditions (-30℃ ~ +170℃):Excellent low-temperature resistance, low freezing point characteristics enable it to still have extremely low starting torque in severe cold environments, while withstanding continuous heating conditions up to 170°C。
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability:The use of high-purity silicone base oil prevents oxidation, deterioration, coking and hardening during long-term operation at high temperatures, and prolongs the lubrication cycle of components.。
Excellent waterproof and hydrophobic properties:It has excellent water erosion resistance (water resistance ≤ 10%) and is not easy to drain under humid and contact with moisture conditions.。
Low oil bleeding and high shear stability:High temperature (150℃/100h) oil separation rate ≤ 10%, maintaining the dense structure of the paste and reducing pollution caused by grease precipitation。
Excellent material compatibility:Silicone-based grease has good compatibility with various engineering plastics, rubber seals and metal materials, and will not easily cause rubber swelling or plastic cracking and deformation.

How to use and precautions
Clean the friction pair:Before coating, please thoroughly clean the old grease, dust, oil and impurities on the surface of the parts to keep the joint surfaces clean and dry.
Even coating:Use a scraper, brush or special grease injection equipment to apply a thin layer evenly on the working friction surface to avoid excessive accumulation.

Storage conditions:After use, seal the container and store it in a cool, ventilated and dry place at 5 ~ 35°C away from light.。
