Product Summary
ThreeBond 1101 (ThreeBond 1101) is a paste liquid sealant with synthetic resin as the main base materialThis product does not contain solvents.It has the property of not drying (non-drying) after coating. Since the film always maintains viscoelasticity and does not harden, it is especially suitable for joint surfaces, flanges and threaded pipe joints that require frequent disassembly and regular maintenance。

Chemical resistance (weight change rate)
Tested in accordance with JIS-K-6820 specifications (tested after baking test piece at 100±5°C for 3 hours)：
Water resistance (water temperature 90~95°C cycle): Weight change rate 4.5%
Machine oil resistance (No. 2 rubber lubricant, soaked at 95～100°C for 24 hours): Weight change rate 3.5%
Gasoline resistance (No. 1 automotive gasoline, immersed in 45～50°C for 24 hours): Weight change rate 36.4%
Pressure performance test (flange fastening condition)
Use a flange plate with an outer diameter of 90mm, an inner diameter of 60mm, and a width of 15mm, fastened with W1/2 bolts (surface pressure 160 kg/cm²), and the medium is No. 1 turbine oil：
Normal temperature pressure resistance: 70 kg/cm²
Withstand pressure at 80°C: 35 kg/cm²
Withstand pressure at 150°C: 5 kg/cm²
Pressure resistance after hot and cold cycles (hold at -45°C for 2 hours and then transfer to 100°C for 3 hours of baking): 35 kg/cm²
Usage and process suggestions
Joint surface cleaning: Thoroughly remove oil, moisture and dust from the joint surface and threads before use。
Stir evenly: The product may settle and stratify during long-term storage. Please stir thoroughly before use。
Glue application tools: You can use a brush, oil bottle or special ThreeBond Flow Gun dispensing gun for even coating。
Assembly and fastening: After applying glue, let it sit for 2 to 4 minutes, then join the joint surfaces and tighten according to the specified torque。
Security and storage precautions
This product is flammable, please keep away from open flames and maintain good ventilation in the working environment (equipped with local exhaust, protective masks, gloves and goggles if necessary)。
Avoid inhalation of vapor or ingestion; keep out of reach of children。
After use, be sure to seal tightly and pour out unused glue. Do not pour it back into the original packaging tank to avoid contaminating the entire barrel of glue
Storage temperature: Store in a dry and cool place between 5 and 35°C away from light. Do not store in an environment above 40°C..
Shelf Life: 24 months in unopened condition.
